Ballantyne Village

Located between the Highway 521 and Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Ballantyne Village spans almost ten acres and is home to some of the most high-end shops and upscale restaurants in Charlotte, NC. It’s hard to miss with its 14-story hotel and office tower.

Shopping and Dining

This multi-purpose real estate development was designed with a focus on technology, but it grew to integrate up to 400 condos, restaurants, retail stores, and office spaces. It’s only a stone’s throw away from the Ballantyne Corporate Park – the second-largest office park in Charlotte, with almost 9 million square feet of prime office space.

Whether you’re planning on getting breakfast, having lunch, or eating dinner, the Village’s twenty or so restaurants and cafés should suffice – Mellow Mushroom, Blue Taj, Terrace Café, Smoothie King, and Burger 21 all have locations here.

Clearly, Ballantyne can be called the dining hub of Charlotte, and if you’re from out-of-town, you’ll find its 11 hotels up to the mark. Aside from these tenants, the Village also offers yoga classes, financial services, and tech services. The Regal Cinemas movie theater lets you watch the newest releases from the plushest seating around.

Live Events

Ballantyne Village also plays host to a range of fun and exciting activities, namely live karaoke, open mic nights, children’s events and games, and art programs. The special events hosted by Village Kids are free of charge. Aside from the family-friendly atmosphere during the day time, the Ballantyne Village is conducive to adult-friendly nightlife as well.

The Village can be found approximately 17 miles away from All Seasons Window & Door Co., a 20-minute drive via I-77 and I-485. There’s ample parking space, thanks to the Village’s surface lots as well as a covered parking deck, which means you’ll only ever be a few steps away from dining, movies, and shopping.
